Deign Goals

To create telescope to look at the stars and night sky that was durable, steadfast, and that one could use it wherever and whenever they needed it, such as on backpacking trips.

Challenges

Foresight proved an exercise in tight tolerances and the ability to integrate two pieces into a seamless, smooth, and quiet final product. It was also a lesson in lenses, focal lengths, and the inner workings of a telescope.
