The John McMordie Memorial Spirit Award is given annually to a graduating Product Realization Lab Course Assistant who epitomizes John’s memory. John inspired Product Realization Lab culture. He combined talent with humility. He led with deep dedication to the lab and he celebrated every student. Sadly, John passed away in 2016 just a week before CA training.
This year’s award goes to a consummate course assistant. They are always the first to volunteer and willing to do any task. Their knowledge in their Foundry specialty is awesome and they are eager to teach and share with everyone. It is entirely fitting and deserving that the John McMordie Spirit Award be given to Edan Reches!
